Eric Zimmerman is the founder of ITrealitiEZ and an Enterprise Transformation Advisor focused on aligning business objectives, operational reality, and technology to deliver successful outcomes.

With over four decades of experience across private and public sector organizations, Eric has worked within complex enterprise environments at domestic, international, and global levels. His work has consistently centered on guiding transformation initiatives from strategy through execution, particularly in high-risk, high-complexity situations.

His approach is grounded in a core principle: successful transformation requires alignment across business, personnel, and technology. When these elements operate in isolation, initiatives fail; when they are brought into alignment, meaningful and sustainable outcomes are achieved.
